1. The B2B e-commerce platform VALO Vietnam (“VALO Platform”) is owned and operated by NFJ Digital Solutions Company Limited (“the Company”) through www.valovietnam.com.
2. The mission of VALO is to provide a trusted, transparent, and efficient B2B marketplace for Vietnamese enterprises.
3. These principles apply to all Users who register, create storefronts, post listings, or trade on the VALO Platform.
4. Members may freely negotiate based on lawful rights and interests, provided such agreements comply with Vietnamese law and VALO’s Guidelines.
5. All products and services listed must comply with applicable laws and not fall under prohibited categories.
6. In cases of violation, the Company may:
   • Request cancellation of related orders.
   • Suspend or delete accounts temporarily or permanently.
   • Disclaim liability for Member misconduct.
