VALO started from a simple problem.

Our founding team spent years working with manufacturers and export businesses across Vietnam. We kept hearing the same thing from owners and sales managers.

VALO Vietnam is led by CEO Arjen Ruggenberg, a Dutch entrepreneur who has been in Vietnam for 10 years with a deep experience in international trade, digital platforms, and Vietnam’s supplier landscape. Arjen has spent years working with factories, sourcing partners, and buyers across Europe, the USA and Asia. He saw both sides of the problem. Buyers found it hard to identify trustworthy suppliers in Vietnam. Suppliers struggled to present themselves in a way that matched international expectations. VALO was created to bridge that gap.
