1 Shopping on VALO

The B2B e-commerce platform VALO Vietnam ("VALO Platform") is owned and operated by NFJ Digital Solutions Company Limited ("the Company") through the website www.valovietnam.com, with the purpose of connecting Buyers and Suppliers both domestically and internationally.

1. The mission of the VALO Platform is to be a trusted, transparent, and efficient B2B marketplace for Vietnamese enterprises, helping to enhance the global competitiveness of Vietnam's manufacturing sector.
2. These principles apply to all Users who register, create storefronts, post listings, supply products, or purchase products/services via the VALO Platform.
3. Members participating in transactions on VALO are free to negotiate based on respect for the lawful rights and interests of the parties, using electronic contracts, provided that such agreements comply with Vietnamese law and VALO's Platform Guidelines.
4. Products and services listed on the VALO Platform must comply with all applicable legal requirements and may not fall under categories prohibited from trading or advertising.
5. In cases where the Company has reason to believe that a Member has engaged in unlawful acts or violations of VALO's Guidelines, the Company reserves the right to:
   • Request cancellation of related orders;
   • Temporarily suspend or permanently delete the Member's account;
   • Disclaim all liability for the Member's unlawful conduct.
6. Account suspension or deletion in such cases shall not be considered a breach of duty by the Company.
