You don’t need to register in advance to contact a supplier, but some features will be limited until you’re logged in.
If you haven’t created an account yet, you can still use the “Get in Touch” form found on each supplier’s profile. Simply enter your email and message, and VALO will automatically create a buyer account for you. After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with login instructions so you can access your account later.
However, if you want to use the “Chat Now” feature, which allows you to message suppliers instantly in real time, you’ll need to log in to your account first. Only registered users can start direct chats and manage conversations inside the platform.
For the best experience, we recommend logging in or completing registration before exploring contact options. This gives you full access to messaging, tracking your inquiries, and discovering new suppliers.
