If you are the rightful owner of an image, trademark, document, or any intellectual property and notice that a supplier on the VALO platform is using it without permission, you can submit an IP complaint for review.
Steps to submit an IP complaint:
Step 1: Prepare valid proof of ownership
- Legal documentation such as copyright certificates, trademark registrations, or transfer agreements
- Screenshots or links to the original content
- A clear description of the alleged infringement
Step 2: Submit your complaint to the VALO admin team
Email your complaint to alo@valovietnam.com with the subject line: “IP Violation Report”.
Step 3: VALO will review and take action
- Estimated review time: 5–7 business days
- During the investigation, the reported content may be temporarily hidden
- If the violation is confirmed, the content will be removed and the supplier may receive a warning or further penalties depending on the severity
Note: VALO only processes complaints with complete and verifiable documentation. Anonymous reports or those lacking evidence will not be accepted.
