2015 Founded Established in Binh Duong, Vietnam Incorporated in November 2015, production began on 20 April 2016 at Factory 1 in Dong An Industrial Park, with 76 sewing lines from day one. 2021 Green 100% renewable energy achieved Solar rooftop + I-REC certificates. One of the first garment manufacturers in Vietnam to reach 100% RE. Recognised by PUMA and H&M. 2022 Scale-up Lucky Star — Third Factory In May 2022, Lucky Star added 45 sewing lines, increasing total Binh Duong capacity to 145 lines across three factories. 2023 North VN LSTH — Thanh Hoa Factory, Northern Vietnam In May 2023, Phase 1 became operational with 100 sewing lines capacity. The facility is scaling to 70 lines in 2026 and benefits from labour costs approximately 15% lower than Binh Duong, comparable to Bangladesh. It is also home to Prime Star’s sock manufacturing division. HKEx Listing: In-Principle Approval received Leading Star received in-principle approval for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 December 2023. On 27 December 2023, the Board decided not to proceed with the listing. 2024 Group Sock Manufacturing & Retail The group expanded into sock manufacturing in 2024 and retail in 2025.
